2. Data we process
- Contact and account data: name, email, company, role, login, and security data.
- Order data: selected company, court, HR number, document type, order status, receipt, and delivery information.
- Payment data: payment status and references. Card data is processed by the payment provider and is not stored by OpenRegis.
- Technical data: IP address, browser, device, logs, security, and error events.
- Public company data: registry and company information from public or licensed sources.
3. Purposes
We process data to provide search, verification, document ordering, delivery, support, billing, abuse prevention, security, product improvement, and API operation.
4. Legal bases
Depending on use, processing is based on contract performance, legitimate interests, legal obligations, or consent, especially for optional cookies or marketing features.
